Students must sign a contract with an Admissions representative. The Admissions representative will send copies of the contract and other necessary information to Maple Leaf College via courier. Listed below is the information required to apply for admission to Maple Leaf College:

- Proof of English Proficiency. Please refer to Admission
Requirements.
- Transcript with certified English
translation
- Document of highest education level achieved, with certified English translation (i.e. degree,
diploma)
- 6 passport photos
- Application fee (CAD $200.00)

Once Maple Leaf College receives the application with all information in place, the Admissions Office will review the application. If the applicant is accepted, the Admissions Office will mail the applicant an acceptance letter along with helpful information about the school. If the applicant is not accepted, he/she will receive notice by mail along with an explanation. |

Once the acceptance letter has been received, the applicant may apply for a passport. The applicant should pay tuition to the Admissions Office of Maple Leaf College. There are two ways to pay the tuition fee to the Admissions Office:
- Purchase a money order from an appropriate bank, make it payable to "Maple Leaf College of Business and Technology", and mail it to the following address:

Once the tuition fee has been received, Maple Leaf College will issue a receipt, a list of documents for students' authorization application and a school handbook to the applicant. |

The applicant prepares all the visa application documents with the assistance of the admissions representative. The admissions representative will then send all visa application documents to the Canadian Visa Office |

The applicant may be required to attend an interview and/or take a physical examination if he/she receives a notice from the Canadian Visa Office |

The students should inform Maple Leaf College of the landing date so that Maple Leaf College may pick up the students at the international airport in Toronto. If arrangements for temporary accommodation have been made, the students will be shown to their lodgings. (The rental will be prepaid by students) |

If the applicant is refused students authorization Maple Leaf College will make refund within one month of receipt of the required documents. (See refund policy for international students for details). |
